I am a UX leader with 9+ years of experience (3+ years as a manager) in corporate, agency, and startup settings. I love to simplify the complex, develop UX team members, and strengthen cross-functional partnerships.

I currently manage a UX team responsible for creating end-to-end experiences for Amazon’s global B2B payment products. I am also adjunct faculty at the University of Colorado, where I develop and teach UX design courses.

I have delivered keynote presentations and facilitated workshops at a variety of conferences and universities around the world, and will be speaking at Money 20/20 Europe in June.

When I’m not working, you can find me hiking in the Rocky Mountains or playing tennis.
