About
I help product teams get clear on what to build—and why.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked across product design, user experience, and content strategy, helping teams navigate complexity, align around decisions, and move forward with confidence.
I’ve seen the same pattern play out again and again: smart teams with strong ideas, but unclear direction, competing priorities, and slow decision-making.
That’s where I focus my work.
How I think
Most product challenges aren’t caused by a lack of effort or talent.
They stem from misalignment across teams, unclear priorities, and a reluctance to make hard tradeoffs. I bring clarity to those moments by surfacing the decisions that matter, helping teams evaluate tradeoffs, and aligning around a direction that endures. I help your team commit to the right ideas.
Experience
I have led product design Amazon, taught UX at the University of Colorado, and spoken at conferences including Adobe Live and Money 20/20.
My background spans product strategy, UX design, and content strategy, which allows me to look at products holistically. I combine strategic thinking, structured facilitation, and hands-on product experience to help teams move from ambiguity to clarity.
Working together
I focus on helping product teams align, clarify direction, and make better decisions through focused consulting engagements.
My work is collaborative, structured and design to drive progress. If you’re navigating a complex product challenge and need clarity, I’m always open to a conversation.
